Requirements:

SafeChoice treatment product upon mail delivery - documented.
- Oil &
Filter changed within 60 days of warranty - documented.
- Oil &
Filter changed by a commercial service facility every 4 months
or 4,000 miles whichever occurs first - documented.
- Continued
maintenance of covered component(s) as outlined in the vehicle
owner's manual. Service receipts and invoices will be requested
in case of a claim.
